Robyn has worked in most Property Management roles within our office, but over the past many years has dealt exclusively with the Contract and Trust Administration side of our business. Robyn is well-informed to help our clients make decisions that will achieve their desired outcomes. If your question is Management or Tenancy Agreement related, or is of a financial nature, Robyn will the one to sort it for you.
Shelley really runs the show. She came to us after having Property Management experience “out in the field”. Her previous experience puts her in the perfect position to give “first port of call” advice to tenants and property owners alike before directing to a specialist area when required. Shelley is well-organised herself and knows how to organise the rest of us. Her achievement as a Finalist in the Leading Property Managers of Australia Awards in 2016 was well-deserved recognition of the support she provides our office and our clients.
Maintenance can be one of the most challenging areas of our business - for tenants, property owners and Property Managers alike. Lana has experienced it all – floods, hail storms, heat waves and everything in between. Her organisational, prioritising and communication skills, together with a dose of practicality and common sense saw her recognised as a Finalist in the Leading Property Managers of Australia Awards for Corporate Support in 2013. Our clients rely on her heavily to make the big judgement calls that are often required in her role and to make the best decision for the safety of their property and their tenants.
This role is vital to the success of all property owners’ investments, and requires diligence, understanding, exceptional organisational skills, good judgement and, above all – energy and persistence. Gemma brings all these qualities – and more – to her role. Gemma is responsible for promotion and advertising of our properties, arranging private inspections of these properties, giving our clients feedback, recommendations and advice on the successful letting of their properties, and processing applications from prospective tenants. Gemma is the person you will hear from continuously and relentlessly until your property is successfully let to a well-investigated and credentialed tenant. Well-deserving of her Finalist - Rising Star Award at Leading Property Managers of Australia 2015, her star continues to rise!
Why does Louise Griffin Property Management so rarely need to engage in Dispute Resolution or attend QCAT? Probably because of the quality and detail of Donna’s Entry and Exit Condition Reports – the detail and accuracy of Donna’s work can’t be surpassed. You’ll hear from Donna after routine inspections and be appreciative of the keen eye she keeps on properties and tenancies. Donna is procedure-driven and is responsible for monitoring and updating many of the processes within our business. You may, at times, come across Donna in different roles within our office, as she relieves for other team members on leave – consequentially there is not much that Donna doesn’t know.
Efficient and productive – there’s no rest for Allison. She is well-organised, but adaptive, and doesn’t let a minute be wasted. Allison is keen on property-related tasks and undertakes routine inspections of properties, Entry Condition Reports and Exit Inspections. Her negotiation skills are unsurpassed when it comes to achieving the best outcome for property owners, their properties, and tenants. If you have a query relating to water consumption, Allison is the “go to” person in our office – she administers this unenvious task admirably.
Jacinta undertakes a large share of the quarterly routine inspections at our managed properties, so chances are that as a property owner, or a tenant, you will be hearing from her a few times a year. Communication and fast action are priorities for Jacinta – always happy to pass on good news to property owners and thanks to tenants, but still mindful of our obligation to convey legislative requirements and our recommendations to both parties. A thirst for knowledge and continued professional development indicate Jacinta’s dedication to the Property Management industry.
